Common Questions

Why should I choose Difyme?

Because Difyme is more than just a brand — it’s a movement of personalization. We’re building a future where design is truly collaborative, where every product deeply reflects the person who owns it, and where creativity is cherished as a powerful source of happiness and self-expression.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! We can add gift-ready packaging for figurines, AirPods cases, pet tags, artisan keycaps, and other items. You can select this option at checkout.

Can I upload my own design or image for customization?

Yes! You can upload images, logos, or sketches directly in the Creation Center. Please ensure you have the rights to use the image, as Difyme cannot create items from copyrighted material without permission.

Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale options for events, gifts, or retail. Please contact us at support@difyme.com with details, and we’ll create a custom quote for you.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Any temporary restrictions for your country will be shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $99 ship free. Standard U.S. shipping is $12.99, and international shipping is calculated at checkout. Express shipping is also available depending on your location.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we’ll try to update the address. Once the order is in processing or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

How long does delivery take?

Processing for customized products usually takes 4–7 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–12 business days, while international orders may take 10–25 business days. Express shipping is faster, around 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.

What happens if my package is delayed or stuck in customs?

Customs delays are beyond our control, but most issues resolve within a few days. If your package is significantly delayed, reach out to us at support@difyme.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refunds & Exchanges

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because all Difyme items are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept refunds once your order has been processed. Please make sure your details are correct before placing the order.

How do I request an exchange?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request an exchange. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, provide your order number, and attach photos or videos showing the issue. We’ll review and get back to you within 3 business days.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Privacy

What happens to my data when I shop with Difyme?

We only collect the information needed to process your order and improve your experience. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Terms of Service

Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Since every Difyme product is custom-made, we don’t accept cancellations or refunds once the order has entered processing or production. Please confirm your details before placing the order.
