This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, giving you peace of mind with your custom creation.
Warranty Coverage:
Difyme resin figures are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including the following issues:
- Leg residue
- Faulty switches
- Loose or damaged parts
- Corrosion
- Paint or finish defects
What is Not Covered:
Difyme’s warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or human error. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Damage resulting from power surges or electrical shocks
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or harsh weather conditions
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
