At Difyme, we pour our hearts into sculpting each one-of-a-kind memory. Because every piece is custom-made and deeply personal, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Order Cancellation & Modification

3-Hour Grace Period
You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 3 hours of placing it.

🛠️ Late Cancellation
Cancellations requested after the 3-hour grace period will incur a 30% service fee to cover production preparation and material costs already invested.

Quality Guarantee (Within 30 Days of Delivery)

We take great pride in every piece we create. If your order arrives with any issues caused by us, we’ll make it right within 30 days of delivery.

Covered Issues:

  • ✅ Wrong item shipped
  • ✅ Significant manufacturing defect
  • ✅ Damage during shipping

Solutions:

Option 1: 100% Free Remake (Recommended)
We will recreate your custom piece at no extra cost, covering all materials, labor, and shipping. This is our preferred solution, as we want you to receive a perfect keepsake.

Option 2: 70% Refund
If you prefer a refund over a remake, we will refund 70% of your order total. A 30% service fee applies to cover non-recoverable costs such as custom sculpting, materials, and labor already invested.

⚠️ Shipping Damage Notice
Any physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the packaging and the product as evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

Since every Difyme piece is a fully custom-sculpted keepsake created from your personal photos, we are unable to offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

❌ Personal Reasons

  • Change of mind or no longer needed
  • Wrong size, base, or package selected
  • Recipient doesn’t like the gift

❌ Subjective Similarity

  • The final likeness depends heavily on the quality of the original photos (clarity, angle, lighting, etc.)
  • Requests based on subjective artistic interpretation (e.g., “doesn’t look like me”) cannot be accepted
  • We achieve 95%+ precision, but 3D art cannot guarantee 100% identical resemblance

❌ Normal Craft Variations

  • Slight color variations due to hand-painting
  • Minor texture differences inherent to 3D printing
  • Natural variations in bases or accessories (within industry standards)

💡 Helpful Tip
If you’re unsure about your photo quality, feel free to contact us before production. We offer a free preview service and will gladly evaluate your photos and provide professional suggestions.

Shipping Protection Plan (Optional)

We offer an optional 30-Day Shipping Protection Plan (starting from the ship date):

Coverage:

📦 Lost Package
If tracking shows no updates for 15 business days or confirms the package is lost.

📦 Stolen Package
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item (a police report or valid proof of theft may be required).

✅ Resolution
Eligible claims will receive a one-time free remake and reshipping at no additional cost.

💡 Important Notes

  • The protection plan can be added at checkout (approximately 5-8% of the order total)
  • Please wait 15 business days after the expected delivery date before filing a claim
  • All claims must include your complete order number and tracking records

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we will issue the amount back to your original payment method according to the following timelines:

💳 Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (may vary depending on your bank’s processing time)

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.
