Can I upload my own design or image for customization?
Yes. You can upload images, logos, or sketches when you are in the creation center.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Since every Difyme product is custom-made, we offer a 12-hour cancellation window after an order is placed. However, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once the order has entered processing or production. Please confirm your details before placing the order.
What are the common sizes for mechanical keyboard keycaps?
Keycap widths are usually measured relative to a standard letter key, which is marked as 1U. The sizes of other special keys are then calculated as multiples of this 1U base.
- 1U: Standard letter and number keys.
- 1.25U: Standard Ctrl, Alt, and similar keys.
- 1.5U: Tab key.
- 2.25U: Shift key on full-size keyboards.
- 6.25U / 7U: Standard spacebar (6.25U is the most common, while some custom keyboard kits use 7U).
How long does delivery take?
Processing for customized products usually takes 7 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–12 business days, while international orders may take 10–25 business days. Express shipping is faster, around 5–7 business days depending on your location.
