Absolutely! Most of our customers use selfies or casual photos taken with their iPhones or Androids. As long as your face is clearly visible, it works great.
Is my uploaded photo private?
Yes, absolutely. Your photos are used only for creating your figurine. We take your privacy seriously and never share your images with any third parties.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Since every Difyme product is custom-made, we offer a 12-hour cancellation window after an order is placed. However, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once the order has entered processing or production. Please confirm your details before placing the order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 7 business days after you approve the preview. Shipping usually adds another 7-15 days, depending on your location. For special occasions, we recommend ordering about 3 weeks in advance.
How can I track my order?
Once your figurine ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to check the status and see exactly where your package is.
